To be healthy we need to eat healthy foods. Our body needs a good mix of foods there is a chart named food pyramid that tells us how much of its group of food we should eat. We should eat plenty of breads ,cereals ,rice noodles ,potatoes effective .We must eat fruits and vegetables regularly.We should eat it daily products like Milk yogurt and meet, fish and Beans and eggs moderately. They are important for health but we do not need too much of them. We should eat very little of fats oils Sweets etc . By eating a healthy breakfast we can feel strong and active the whole day
